Without every shovel

And every spade

Without the help of every folk and friend,

Our world

Will meet its dreadful end.

 

But one place has evolved and morphed

Just like us

Throughout the years.

Schools.

 

Some might say it’s boring

While others say

School’s cool.

But they all agree,

That teachers

Are the roots of this tree.

 

Teachers work hard

And put in their heart

Just to help

You and all.

It’s not about the money

No no no

In fact, they don’t get paid enough

For what they do.

 

They follow their paths

Learn what they can

And come back to your dread

So you get a chance

To follow your dreams

 

And create a better world

Why teachers

They are your mentors.
